Any household from any participating community can go to ANY of the 9 HHW collection & Onsite Paper Shredding events. Participating communities are Bozrah, Colchester, East Haddam, East Lyme, Franklin, Griswold, Groton, Lebanon, Ledyard, Lisbon, Montville, New London, North Stonington, Norwich, Preston, Salem, Sterling, Stonington, Sprague, Voluntown & Waterford.
